Today, Aminzoda Nodir, the program coordinator of the “Communication and international humanitarian law” of the Red Crescent Society of Tajikistan (RCST) jointly with the chairman of the RCST’s branch in Levakand city held an informative cession in one of the classrooms of the the medical & social college of Levakand city, Hatlon region.
At this meeting, representatives of the RCST made a brief presentation to the students of this college about the history and origins of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, the emblems of the Red Cross and Red Crescent, the activities of the RCST, the methods of becoming a member and volunteering in RCST, and also gave specific answers to the questions and requests of students and teachers. More than 100 students participated in this event.
After this meeting, representatives of RCST met with a number of students of this institution on the courtyard of the college building. More than 150 students participated in this meeting.
