Essential requirements

Degree or qualification Diploma or Degree or equivalent experience in the field of Digital Transformation (Processes, People, Technology).
Experience Experience in process systematization and information standardization.

Experience in quality, control and data cleansing.

Experience in data analysis and visualization.

Experience in handling data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, Klipfolio, etc. [1]

Experience using data collection tools such as ODK/KoBo and XLS Form.

Volunteer or worker of the NS.

Knowledge Digital transformation, what is it? and IFRC DT Strategy.

Ability to analyse information provided by different work sectors and propose solutions adapted to their needs.

Proficiency in Windows environment (Microsoft Office, Internet, …). High command of Excel: advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.

Basic knowledge and understanding of IT architecture: different types of servers, pros and cons, basic notions of security, maintenance and management of databases, understanding of different types of SW and HW for data storage, collection and analysis, as well as to ensure connectivity.

Knowledge in indicators and PMER/PMEAL.

Good communication, coordination and analytical skills.

Objective, Functions, Tasks to be Performed
·       Coordination of the DT working group or commission and follow up of the roadmap.

·       Coordination with other stakeholders in NS and IFRC: operations and planning, NSD, IT and IM officers.

·       Help the systematization of processes and information in different sectors and areas of work together with the different departments and/or programs: cash, migration, volunteerism, disaster preparedness, CEA, etc.

·       Advocate for evidence-based decision making with proposals in different sectors and work areas.

·       Support the creation of terms of reference for the contracting of external professional services.

  • Conduct trainings in different areas related to Digital Transformation.
Proposal for the interview: The selected profiles for the interviews should make a presentation on how they would approach a digital transformation process in the NS in order to create a centralized database of users, so that the activities carried out by each of these persons can be tracked and monitored. Another example could be addressed.

Salary: Salary is 6000 Somony.
