Мизи мудаввар оид ба татбиқи Ҳуқуқи байналмилалии башардӯстӣ дар қонунгузории Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон

7 июли соли 2026 дар толори меҳмонхона Румии шаҳри Душанбе аз ҷониби Ҷамъияти Ҳилоли Аҳмари Тоҷикистон (ҶҲАТ) бо дастгирии Кумитаи Байналмилалии Салиби Сурх (КБСС) Мизи мудаввар оид ба татбиқи ҳуқуқи байналмилалии башардӯстӣ (ҲББ) дар қонунгузории Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон ташкил карда шуд.

Дар ин чорабинӣ намояндагон аз Дастгоҳи иҷроияи Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон, Маҷлиси намояндагони Маҷлиси олӣ, вазорату идораҳои дахлдори Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон, академияи миллии илмҳо, ҶҲАТ ва КБСС штирок намуданд.

Мизи мудаввар аз ҷониби намояндаи Дастгоҳи иҷроияи Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон, роҳбарияти ҶҲАТ ва КБСС ҳусни оғоз гардид.

Дар чорабинӣ дар бораи мавзуъҳои гуногуни ҲББ, таъсиси мушовирони ҳуқуқӣ дар қувваҳои мусаллаҳи ҶТ, иқдомҳое, ки дар меъёрҳои ҳуқуқи байналмилалии башардӯстӣ дар конвенсияҳои Женева ва Протоколҳои иловагӣ ба онҳо пешбинӣ шуданд ва татбиқи онҳо дар қонунгузории ҶТ, ҳуқуқи асирони ҳарбӣ ба иртиботот, фаъолияти ҶҲАТ дар самти ҲББ ва Қонуни ҶТ «Дар бораи истифода ва ҳимояи аломату номҳои Салиби Сурх ва Ҳилоли Аҳмар дар Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон» баромадҳо аз ҷониби мутахассисони соҳа доир гардиданд.

ConductingRound Tableon implementation of international humanitarian law in the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan

On July 7, 2026, in the hall of the Rumi hotel in Dushanbe, Red Crescent Society of Tajikistan (RCST) with the support of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) organized a round table on the implementation of international humanitarian Law (IHL) in the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The event was attended by representatives of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the parliament, relevant ministries and state agencies of the Republic of Tajikistan, the National Academy of Sciences, RCST and the ICRC mission in Tajikistan.

The round table was opened by the representative of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the leadership of the RCST and the ICRC.

The event featured presentations by the experts in the field on various topics related to the IHR, the establishment of legal advisors in the armed forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, the measures provided for in the norms of international humanitarian law in the Geneva Conventions and their additional Protocols and their implementation into the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, the right of prisoners of war to communications, the activities of the RCST in the field of IHL, and the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the use and protection of the Emblems and names of the Red Cross and Red Crescent in the Republic of Tajikistan”.
